There is something in our neighborhood that I find completely alarming, and I am finding out that it occurs in most towns across our country. If what the people I was with and I are seeing reflects the future, after that I genuinely have a right to be concerned. Have you noticed that among Heating & A/C companies in our country, there is a large lack of young Heating & A/C businesss who are just starting out in the field? In fact, in our city, all of the Heating & A/C businesss who toil on the heating systems and cooling systems that the people I was with and I all own are all over the age of 40. And when the people I was with and I talk to the owners of these Heating & A/C companies, they complain that they have trouble recruiting Heating & A/C businesss today, however most of the people that they are able to hire as Heating & A/C businesss are middle-aged gentlemen that can’t find a job somewhere else, however when I ask these Heating & A/C businesss to explain the problem, they tell me that it all starts with the education that these children as receiving. From a young age, kids are told to get superb grades so that they can go to college so that they don’t have to toil a trade job, then kids are taught that toiling a job in the Heating & A/C industry is hard toil and genuinely not something an intelligent and civilized person should be doing. However, they don’t realize that Heating & A/C businesss toil hard, have to figure out troubles and get paid well. Furthermore, if the people I was with and I don’t find more Heating & A/C businesss to beginning training, the people I was with and I aren’t going to have any Heating & A/C businesss in the future.
