Teaching women’s self defense

I have always been a big fan of fitness.

When I am done with work, I would make it a point of working out afterwards.

Once my job turned completely online based, I had more time to dedicate to my fitness. I started taking classes in order to be certified to teach group fitness classes. I then started teaching spin classes & went on from there. I then tried hot yoga classes, kickboxing & even did some dance classes for the local gym. After researching & trying out every group fitness class known to man, I settled on teaching a ladies self defense class. I teach my women’s physical training class at the personal training center everyday after work. I teach a few hours, make some good currency & feel good about myself, then since I am entirely working more than one job, I am seriously making some money. I have been saving all that extra currency for our own gym. In an ideal setting, I would own a personal training center & run it. I would hire a bunch of personal trainers to do private & whole group fitness classes. I would prefer to give off weight training, running, yoga & fun classes like pole dancing. I would still continue to teach my ladies self defense class too because I enjoy it, however this style of workout is good for upper body, lower body & influences the student to stretch & extend. I am hoping by the end of next year I can set up my own gym & hire workers. It might be costly though. Finding certified fitness experts might be tougher than I suppose too.
