New renter is the greatest

When our kid and daughter-in-law bought a house in the town that had an house we were cheerful for them, but not only was this their first lake house but it was an income property as well which made it easier for them to afford the mortgage; For the most part, the arena was in pretty great shape but the problem came when they discovered that the renter that was in the house was not taking care of the arena absolutely well, however they had two small children and the father was unemplotted so he was lake house all day, he spent the day playing absolutely loud music and when they went out for a spot inspection they realized that the arena was a mess.

They made the decision to deliver the renters a 30 day notice to vacate and knew that they would need to do some drastic cleaning and renovation before they could rent it out again, but when the arena was empty we all converged to do the work so that they could have it rented out again the following month, but although we knew how to wipe and paint we needed some drastic help when it comes to window treatments and such to make the arena more elegant to future leaseholders.

His kid found an ad on Craigslist for a man who work as an interior designer and provided the man to call to see what his pricing was like, but he came out and looked the arena over and then informed them that he was looking for a new house herself and would be interested in renting, but if they were willing to let his do the design work and take his fee as the first two months rent he would be willing to sign a lease for the following year. This was like a dream come tplot because we would have the arena professionally decorated and they would have a renter that would take care of the arena as well.
