A good friend of mine told me all about this store downtown that sold used HVAC units. They had all kinds of furnaces, and they were pulled out of homes in working condition. The only reason people got rid of these furnaces was that they were rich enough to buy furnaces often. When I arrived to this store, I was shown a furnace that was only a few years old as well as supposedly in working condition. I was told that all of the furnaces also came with a warranty, and I just wouldn’t have to worry about the furnace not working in the future. I bought the furnace, signed an agreement, as well as had an HVAC worker install it. When the furnace stopped working in a week, I called the store, however they told me that the warranty ran out as well as wouldn’t cover my furnace! Furthermore, I later discovered that I purchased the furnace at a price that was way more than it was worth!
