When the plumbing system has complications, everything can go wrong.
Last month, we noticed some complications with our plumbing.
We found some water leakage on the bedroom wall while cleaning. However, the wall is also a part of the bathroom, so we understood it is a plumbing issue in the bathroom. We called a plumber just to find out that the toilet flange was damaged. Our concern was the leaking water under the bathroom tile, and it caused problems in the bathroom, as well as the master room. I called the insurance company to talk about the problem. They sent an air specialist to help with the water problem. The guy got two giant industrial dehumidifiers for the house. However, he installed just one dehumidifier in the bathroom. We couldn’t use that washroom for 48 hours. It took awhile for the floor to dry, but the giant dehumidifier was of immense help. The technician installed the other dehumidifier in our bathroom. I couldn’t sleep well, even though the dehumidifier wasn’t loud. Everything is better now, but both of us still have to repair the floor tiles. We are going to get some tiles this time. It will be easier to sweep, dust, and scrub. We are currently getting some referrals from some contractors. I want to take our time as I want the job done right. I don’t want to choose any old contractor, and end up in trouble. A buddy of mine chose a cheap building contractor, which took a long time and cost twice as normal.
