The boat smelled of fish

My best friend recently bought a new boat.

Every year he and I go deep sea fishing.

We head out for about a week but this year we are making it a two week fishing trip. The boat he bought has two bedrooms, a bathroom and even a shower and a kitchen. It is bigger than any boat I have ever been on, except for cruise ships. We always have such a great time when we are out fishing. I was concerned because I was worried about the fish on the boat. I remembered how badly it smelled when we were out on the boat for a week. We made our way into port every day so we could get something to eat and wash up. Now, we don’t need to head into port every day. We can stay out to sea the entire two weeks if we want to. I’m excited to sleep on the boat for a couple of days. My friend tells me that he has the fish problem figured out. He said that he bought several small portable air purifiers to place around the boat. ABout the only place we’ll be smelling the fish, is when we are outside around the cold water tank where the fish are stored until we get into port. I was told that as long as the fish are kept on ice, the smell won’t be bad. I’m glad my friend isn’t going to listen. With the air purifiers and air conditioning for the lower deck, I’m sure we’ll be comfortable. I know the AC will keep us cool and I’m hoping the air purifier will keep us from smelling the fish.
