Of course they still had plenty of energy though
I love going to odd sites with the family… The two of us go to all sorts of locations and have a unbelievable time. Occasionally it’s a zoo, other times it’s a park, and most the time it’s some locale outdoors. Of course, this includes the summer time season so we need to find a way to keep cool. Occasionally it’s just not possible to have air conditioning however a lot of the sites we go to have some sort of indoor location where we can escape and get some air conditioning in a weather conditions-controlled building… When that is the case, it’s so nice to just relax in the air conditioned air for a bit of a change. But last weekend I took the kids to the beach and I was legitimately careful about putting sunscreen on each of them. Of course, I forgot to put sunscreen on myself. The two of us were out in the sunlight for almost 3 hours. The beach is a single of those sites that doesn’t have a weather conditions-controlled part for us to chill out in either, but by the time I got lake house I was burnt to a crisp and legitimately had a little bit of sunstroke too, for the rest of the day I just chilled out in front of our air conditioning and sat on our reclining chair. The kids are trying to be helpful and make me guess better. Of course they still had plenty of energy though. I felt appreciate swearing off going outside for the rest of the summer time but I know that will never happen. I just need to be more careful next time.
