For years my sibling had played with all kinds of severe injuries, this one finally required specialized medical care.
Where she lives and the team plays, did not have this kind of care that was crucial for her recovery. My sibling genuinely had to go to a different area altogether and find a short term rental for her stay! Since she would be seeing all sorts of specialists for afternoons, operating on her leg and getting her in a cast, she needed short term housing. The short term housing needed to have all the amenities like a living room, kitchen, genuinely working appliances and plumbing. I was actually concerned that my sibling would not find such a wonderful rental unit. After hunting around online, I was able to find that there were fully furnished rentals with 1-3 bedrooms… I managed to get my sibling a two bedroom fully furnished rental. Through her complete procedure, physical therapy and rehabilitation, I was with her all the way through it. The two of us were able to live out of that little rental remarkably comfortably. The location of the short term rental was genuinely amazing too. The two of us were right by the beach. I loved it because I could run along the water, swim in the ocean and then be back to take my sibling to physical therapy. The whole process was not as awful and strenuous as we initially thought it would be. My sibling was able to get her leg back in gear. She now is back on her team playing like she never had the injury in the first place. I have to say, I do miss that short term rental residence.
