I couldn’t know that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier just fired me as they did, but if there would have been a genuinely nice reason for firing me, after that I would have understood.
I have been an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional toiling with them for 10 years, & I never had trouble with any of the other Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals or the owner since I started toiling here.
I enjoyed my task with this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier, & I didn’t method on going somewhere else, but however, last year, the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier was sold to a up-to-date owner under the conditioners that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals that were still toiling here would get a task, however the up-to-date owner of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier agreed, however the two of us could immediately tell that this up-to-date owner didn’t enjoy us. He had a completely bizarre type of leadership, & there were a lot of conflicts, but since I have been here longer than any of the other Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals, I became the focal point for all of his aggression… At around the same time, I began struggling with health concerns. It wasn’t drastic at the time, although I knew that I would be required to miss some work. However, the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier told me that I would lose my task if I missed work. I continued toiling as an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional & wasn’t able to make all of my appointments, however one afternoon, the condition got serious, & I had to have emergency surgery. When I got back to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier, I lost my task for failing to show up on the afternoon of the surgery. I couldn’t know it.
