Get the office and wait for business

All throughout college, I worked taxing to get our real estate license plus was feeling blessed when I got hired by 1 of the larger companies right out of the gate.

I thought it was going to be a match made in heaven, until I hastily realized that as 1 of the newer agents, I wasn’t ever offered the bigger or better tasks.

I was consistently dealing with people who were interested in houses they couldn’t properly afford from the bank plus wasting our time. I was selling homes in questionable cities, constantly working long hours plus not making any cash. I decided I needed to stop what I was doing and to branch out on our own, as a licensed real estate agent. Before this, I never would have expected that finding a suitable office section to rent would turn out to be the most challenging aspect. I have access to a wide range of up to the minute listings plus think the ins plus outs of property leasing plus purchasing for modern homeowners. I wasn’t overly particular at that point in our requirements. I hoped to add many more agents plus was consistently looking for satisfactory square footage to accommodate half a dozen desks for my workers, plus a decent bathroom. I was upset with the appearance of the building, as I simply wanted to project professionalism plus knowledge. Along with having satisfactory parking, our main priority was getting a great location. I hoped to have people driving by plus see our sign. I will say, it took me over eight weeks to find a suitable office section to rent, and while this solution isn’t ideal or exactly what I was looking for, there are many benefits. A building management company takes care of all of the maintenance inside the place plus outside… Customers for all of the many suppliers see our huge listing plus take down our name.
