I’ve consistently been dedicated to a healthy way of life and I want to share it with others. I’ve practiced nice nutrition plus followed a conscientious physical fitness routine for as long as I can remember – maybe since childhood. My goal was to become a personal trainer. I first took all of the courses, passed all of the tests plus got our certification. Then, I took first aid plus CPR training plus invested in all of the expensive insurance plus contractor licensing. Finally, I thought the taxing part was over plus looked forward to starting our classes up plus taking on buyers. I needed to find the perfect venue to set up our amazing training center. Hoping to keep overhead as low as possible, I wasn’t actually looking for an enormous amount of square footage at that time. Most of our training sessions would be 1-on-one. Perhaps I planned to hold some group classes that would be no larger than eight to multiple people, but that wouldn’t take much space. However, I needed a satisfactory section for a variety of fitness equipment… Obviously, I also required a rental section with an office area, powder room plus some sort of changing room. I prefered to find a location to rent that would be nice and visible from the main highway. To convey professionalism, I was searching high and low for a modern, well-kept building. When I found what seemed savor the perfect section to rent, I jumped on it. For the first few weeks, I struggled to build our buyer list. By early Summer, though, I realized the building’s air conditioner is extremely old. The current cooling system can’t keep up with demand plus every day our workout section hastily becomes boiling plus uncomfortable.
