I have been laboring as an HVAC worker for nearly fifty years, plus I am pretty convinced that it is time for me to retire.
- I like being an HVAC worker, but I have been doing it for a long time, plus I am ready to step away from the HVAC supplier.
That doesn’t mean that I might not fix our own HVAC units or repair our family’s HVAC units, but I don’t think that I can keep up with the work that the HVAC supplier expects from me. Thankfully, I am not the owner of the HVAC supplier, plus the boss knows that I am ready to retire. He hasn’t made me work the crazy hours as an HVAC worker that I used to work when I was younger, plus he has been unquestionably lenient with our schedule for the HVAC supplier. However, I guess that the HVAC supplier needs younger HVAC workers, plus I am already aged enough to retire, ever since I have been laboring for the HVAC supplier, I have been putting away a little money into a retirement plan, plus when I quit our job as an HVAC worker, I should be a millionaire. Also, I will still have social security to draw from after I retire, so I don’t entirely need to work for the HVAC supplier. It has been a long 50 years with the HVAC supplier. I have beat our body up installing plus climbing through buildings with HVAC units plus parts, plus I have worked overtime for most of our work as an HVAC worker. I used to have enough energy to do it, but our body is getting old. I am ready for retirement.
