I would have to be the first one to confess that I spoil my dog! I actually spoil the dog even more than I spoil my kids.
I believe a lot of people don’t truly get it, however my dog loves me with an unconditional love like that I’ve never gotten anywhere else, and anyway, I’ve recently been fighting with my daughter about the fact that I want to install a HVAC unit in the doghouse in the backyard. I just can’t help but worry about my little fluffy baby when the weather is too heated outside. I believe he needs to have his own little air conditioning system installed in his doghouse so he won’t get too hot, he doesn’t like it when the temperature outside gets to be over 75 degrees or so, and I believe that he will greatly prefer having his own air conditioning. My daughter says that I am a complete whackjob for even thinking about installing a heating and a/c system out there, especially for the dog. She even intimated that I like the dog more than I like her! When she said that, I just looked at her and told her that the dog never yells at me about heating and a/c problems. She didn’t like that very much, either. Anyway, even though I might be spoiling my dog, I’m still going to push ahead and have my local HVAC corporation come and install the air conditioning system in the doghouse. I suppose my daughter actually thinks that I’m spending her inheritance or something. At least I still haven’t told her about the dog sized gas logs as well as the fireplace I’m thinking of installing in the doghouse next!
