Back when I was in high school, I had a group of friends that I expected would stick together through thick plus thin no matter what happened in our lives.
- I have come to learn that these high school friendships don’t really last as long as most people would think.
Having these amazing people as my best friends was what helped me get through back then, however once every one of us all went our separate ways for university we quickly lost touch plus haven’t spoken since those days. Then years later I went on to join my father’s HVAC corporation actually working as a certified Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment repair tech for a living. Not too long ago an up-to-date Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment supplier set up shop in town which was incredibly different since every one of us had grown used to being the only HVAC company for the past couple of years. After doing a good amount of research to find who these up-to-date Heating plus Air Conditioning competitors were, I ended up discovering that the owner of the up-to-date Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment supplier was none other than Fred, one of my best friends from high school! I had no idea in the slightest that he had made his way into the Heating plus Air Conditioning industry or even had any interest in it. Now with my aged friend back in town I am going to try to catch up with him soon plus perhaps go back to being the best of friends, sort of like we happened to be back in our school days. In all honesty I just wish that we can rekindle our friendship separate from it being awkward considering the competitive nature of our careers in Heating plus Air Conditioning.
