The current pandemic is really making it hard for me to go to work. I should feel lucky because most people don’t have work at all right now, but my job has gotten much harder since the pandemic started earlier this year. I know that people are just trying to be safe, but it’s really hard to go to work in my feild when you can’t go into people’s homes or have contact with people in general. I work for a local HVAC company so I am always going into people’s homes so I can look at their heating and cooling systems. I really like to talk to people when I go to look at their heating and cooling systems too but it’s been really hard when you are supposed to stay six feet apart from everyone. Working for a company that requires you to be around people to work has been challenging, but the good news is that everyone needs to have their heating and cooling systems looked at from time to time so we have been just as busy as we normally would. We just have to make sure that we are being cautious when we go visit someone at their house to inspect their heating and cooling system. I can’t wait for this all to be over so that I can go back to a normal working schedule and not have to worry about wearing a mask while I am working. That’s been the most annoying part about this whole to be honest.
