Making HVAC upgrades piece by piece

Sometimes it pays to be patient.

I can’t say that I understand this experience too often for my own life, because I am extremely impatient.

However, every time I do manage to cool my jets and wait without so much anxiety, I find that it pays off in spades. I’m hoping that my current situation is the same. My husband and I are currently working on replacing our entire central heating, cooling, and air quality control system. For about the past five years we have been slowly investing in new air handling devices and the temperature control components. When we moved into this house we knew that it was going to take a lot of work, especially the indoor temperature control plan. We wanted to immediately upgrade the central heating and cooling system, but we also realized that it would be wise to space out the heating and cooling equipment purchases and the professional HVAC installations. If we could purchase Indoor air temperature control Systems as they were going on sale over time and leverage HVAC repair shop coupons to take care of the installation fees we would be in a much better position financially. So that’s what we started doing. We have been slowly accruing a new heating, cooling, and ventilation system for 5 years now with no end in sight. At this point we have vastly improved our indoor air quality and energy bills without completely breaking the bank. Best of all, we get the most advanced technology available when we procrastinate hour HVAC equipment purchases. It pays to be patient.
