My A/C device has been on the brink of splitting down for several years now.
- I do what I can by hiring an HVAC professional every 6 months for general servicing plus replacing my air filters often, however it’s not getting any better.
The HVAC professional always tells myself and others that I should consider having the A/C method replaced completely, but I don’t guess what to do. I guess he’s a professional, but I don’t want to be taken advantage of. I don’t want to spend thoUSAnds of dollars on a new A/C method if I don’t have to, plus I suppose the HVAC professional makes a commission off of my purchase. The last time he was servicing my HVAC method though, I asked him why he thought I needed to have it replaced rather than repaired. He told myself and others that I’d been having it repaired for years now plus that it was costing myself and others more. If I continued to have it worked on, the cost would add up to the price of a new A/C method anyway, but I still wouldn’t have a new 1. The HVAC professionals had done everything they could to service it, however there was no clear solution. They were basically buying time for my A/C system, however it would eventually go out, whether I liked it or not. I understood what he was saying, even though I didn’t love it. I finally pulled the trigger plus installed a new A/C system, plus I’m hoping my HVAC professional was right.
