I’ve constantly loved being a heating and air conditioning corporation for the local heating and air conditioning supplier.
I’ve been a certified heating and air conditioning corporation for 13 years and I didn’t always appreciate where I was now working.
I started at a small start-up heating and air conditioning supplier right after I finished my heating and air conditioning certification, which was fine for a few years because I was able to work hard while building my company and learning new things, the next heating and air conditioning supplier I worked for provided me an increase in currency, but the people were horrible. The owner of the supplier didn’t entirely do any heating and air conditioning servicing, and he just sat in his office all morning long, and whenever he did step out of his office it was to boss everyone around or yell at someone! He also ran crazy promotions whenever he wanted, which ran all the heating and air conditioning corporations into the ground. I remember one morning when I came into work, I saw all my coworkers loading their supplier vans with a bunch of gas heating systems and air conditioners. When I asked if there was a special on gas heating systems and air conditioners, one of my buddys told me about the latest promotion our boss was offering. Apparently, he decided to offer free heating systems and installation with any air conditioner purchase. Our boss didn’t warn us about the sale until the morning it went live and we were slammed for weeks. I was forced to work 60 hour weeks in order to keep up with the demand! I hit my breaking point with this heating and air conditioning supplier a few months later and decided to find a different HVAC supplier to work for.
