This has definitely been a year of great change in addition to frustration for me.
- The pandemic has fully upended our life.
Now I have to preface that with the fact that I have been quite lucky not to have had the virus nor has anyone in our family. This is something I sincerely don’t take for granted in addition to I am especially thankful for. There are numerous people out there who are suffering in unimaginable ways. That said, I am also not too happy being tied to the Heating in addition to A/C comfort of our residence. Again, thankful to have that Heating in addition to A/C comfort to hunker down in. But man, I just am so tired of dealing with the brutal fallout from this pandemic. Once it came upon us, I was directed to begin working remotely. And the supplier I work for took this chance to fully implement the remote workforce they had already been working for. I had resisted the incentives in addition to the nudging to work from my residence in our own Heating in addition to A/C. That’s because I was fond of the perfectly Heating in addition to A/C controlled office that I worked hard to get. Plus, I love going to work in addition to then coming home after I am done for the day. So really working from my own residence just didn’t interest me. But when I had no choice, I was basically forced to adapt. However, that was made even tougher because all our adolescents were doing schoolwork from the residence and my partner was also doing the remote work. There just wasn’t anywhere that I could get the privacy to handle my business. So I did something that was severely bold. I purchased a prefabricated out building and had it set up in the backyard. It was a pretty reasonable size for an office. And I was able to have the Heating in addition to A/C machine people come to install a ductless heating & cooling component to make it manageable.
