I managed to learn more about my health in this past year than I ever have.
And that’s saying something because I have had to deal with health drawbacks all of my life.
I have a health issue that I have had to deal with throughout my adult life. And while it’s one that can be managed with medicine and professional care, it has an adverse effect on my immune health. With the pandemic taking over our lives this past year, my immune health has been at the top of my setback list. Basically, I have had to simply avoid people and remain inside the Heating and A/C equipment comfort and security of our property. Happily, I am able to make my living from my beach house office or this might be a pretty trying time. Still, I have not been able to go to a diner or to a friend’s place for dinner in nearly a year. Nothing but getting out of the Heating and A/C for a really nice outdoor exercise. But during this unique period, I have also taken it upon myself to do all I can to strengthen my immune system. Part of that commitment has been to the air quality in our property. Since I regularly spend all kinds of time here, I wanted to make sure that our indoor air quality level was perfectly healthy. This would lessen the airborne contaminant attacks on our respiratory systems and allow our immune responses to completely strengthen. The whole home air cleaner I had installed works very well in conjunction with our HEPA type air filter to provide the legitimately best indoor air quality in our property.
