I spoke with my colleague at work about my monthly heating and cooling energy bills.
She was shocked at the amount, even though my winterized modern home was slightly bigger than hers.
She suggested that I change my heating and cooling equipment, and install a new HVAC smart thermometer for my electrical baseboard heater. She has a similar system in her house, it saves her lots of energy cost by turning off heating in rooms that are not in use. I also had unoccupied rooms in my house. Unlike her, I kept these rooms heated all day long, which led to a waste of energy and cost me money. She referred me to her Heating and Air Conditioning professional. They installed a smart thermostat to my electrical baseboard heater. I am impressed by how efficient the smart thermostat technology works to lower our heating cost, olus we can also connect the smart thermostat to our home WIFI, allowing it to control our home’s heating remotely. I can switch my electric baseboard gas furnace on and off in unoccupied rooms preventing energy waste. Additionally, the smart thermostat is programmable and can be set to suit the day’s increasing weather patterns. My older baseboard gas furnace model relied on a mechanical thermostat, which was imprecise plus unclear on several occasions. A smart thermostat is efficient and gives precise temperature readings. I also do not have to lift a finger to adjust our home’s temperature since the Heating and Air Conditioning technician allows me to control it with my voice. Indeed, a smart thermostat for an electric baseboard gas furnace for home use is a good investment. My husband and I can heat up our winterized modern home in preparation for our arrival. This way we can avoid walking into an icebox as soon as we come into our condo.
