A few years ago we got our patio redone and it was a royal pain. The workers were never on time. They just left our patio half finished for over a month. And, on top of that, they broke our glass door. So, when our HVAC equipment stopped working I was less than thrilled about having to hire HVAC contractors to come fix it. Thankfully, the HVAC company I called turned out to be true professionals. They couldn’t fix our HVAC equipment. At first, I thought they were just trying to make a sale but then the technician was kind enough to explain exactly what didn’t work and why. He explained that it could be fixed but that it would cost us less to get a fresh HVAC installed than to fix the old one. It was less about the price and more about the hassle of it all. I wasn’t looking forward to another patio incident. However, I also saw that we had no choice but to get an HVAC installation done. Of course we used the same HVAC company who had come out the first time. After picking out what we wanted they said they would return on Wednesday at 10am to begin the HVAC installation. Can you believe it? They actually showed up on Wednesday at 10am and got right to work. A short time later we had our new HVAC system installed. They didn’t break anything, they cleaned up after themselves, and it was all very painless. We even signed up for the HVAC maintenance plan so that we can keep our HVAC system running smoothly.
