I have to admit, I was kind of desperate to get a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system when our old 1 died.
- I was not able to afford an replacement from the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies, I had quotes from all the different locations.
I ended up looking online to see if I could find a handyman or something to install a cheap Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system for me. I ended up finding a woman who claimed she installed ductless mini splits. She was up front and honest, she was no Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional. She also didn’t charge the overwhelming prices of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals, which made sense because she said the warranty for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C she installed would be void anyway. The way the deal worked was that I had to purchase the ductless mini split. She said it had to be a DIY model and she would take care of the replacement, and upon completion of the replacement, she expected her payment which was only $1,000. So with the cost of the new system plus her replacement rate, I would be saving a huge amount of money. I ended up hiring him and she came to our lake house the day after I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit arrive. This woman absolutely knew what she was doing, and she was truly straight-forward-going. I couldn’t think how straight-forward she made the work look. I told him she absolutely should be an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, however she said she was never interested in going to university for it. She did a wonderful task and I even threw in a nice tip for doing such a wonderful task. She said to call him up anytime when I need repair or repair work.
