At the end of my last HVAC plan term, I got a phone call from the heating and air conditioning company that I purchased the plan from.
They wanted to get my opinion, and sort of take a survey about my experience with their HVAC plan for the past year.
I told them how I thought the HVAC plan was possibly one of the most cost effective and wonderful HVAC plans I had ever got from any heating and air conditioning company. I also told them how the certified heating and cooling specialists they have at their HVAC business were really kind, friendly and very knowing of all things regarding my HVAC system. They were nothing but helpful. One of the heating and air conditioning specialists I had out to my home to give my HVAC tune up even gave me some energy savings tips for running my central heating and air conditioning system! I had never got any energy savings tips from a heating and cooling professional in the past, until one of their HVAC techs gave me some. They were happy to hear that I was satisfied with the year long HVAC plan I had paid for with them. I was then asked if I was interested in possibly renewing my HVAC plan with this heating and air conditioning company. Of course, I told them without a thought I would be renewing! So long as they keep providing the wonderful customer service and quality HVAC repair and tune ups that they had been, they have a customer for life right here!
