I prefer the plan of getting double value out of 1 thing.
So the fact that I get heating and cooling plus humidity control from the heat pump makes me truly greatl indeed.
I prefer the fact that the heat pump is such a flexible form of residential heating and A/C. Living in a region that experiences more Heating and A/C cooling than heating is ideal for the heat pump. Actually, the heat pump was sort of designed for the Heating and A/C cooling side of quality heating and air. The heat pump is designed to do just what it’s name indicates. A heat pump works by moving, or pumping, heat energy from 1 place to another. In summer, it does this when the heating and A/C cooling process starts by extracting heat energy and releasing it outside. Then the heating and A/C equipment replaces that heat energy with cooler air and we has what is considered current heating and A/C cooling. But the process of heat energy comes with the added benefit of balancing the humidity. See, as the heat pump is extracting that heat energy, it’s also taking with it a good deal of moisture from the air. And that is what balances the humidity level in the house. Of course, when there is a need for heating, we transport the control equipment to the heating position. The heat pump then reverses the process by extracting heat energy from the ambient air outside and brings it inside. Talk about getting a 3 in 1 winner! The heat pump is just the most flexible and effective choice for residential heating and A/C in this region.
