It’s wonderful to be in the right place at the right time. The older I get, I’m getting more plus more convinced that possibilities seized are the way to go. And that’s just what happened when we purchased the home we now adore so very much. For years, my fiance plus I had looked fondly on an outdated home that was just a few miles from where we lived. The place was one of a kind however had fallen in pretty serious disrepair as it was area of a disputed estate. So when we heard that the estate had been settled plus they were looking to just unload the home for the value of the property, we pounced. And we got it. Every one of us updated the Heating & Air Conditioning machine in the home we owned, got it on the market plus got it sold. Every one of us were able to do this just in time to close on the home we’d wanted for a long time. Yet, we were a long way from moving in. In fact, we lived in an home with so so heating plus cooling for a full year before we completed the renovations on the house. Our intent was to bring the home back to its original design. One of the challenges there was what to do about the heating plus cooling. The home was built in the thirties so there was no residential Heating & Air Conditioning in the design. And the home had a peculiar patchwork of Heating & Air Conditioning that not only didn’t work however was an eyesore. So we opted to go with a ductless multi cut idea for our heating plus cooling. This form of heating plus cooling simply blends in to the original design of our home.
