When you’re first coming into adulthood, there are some things that people don’t exactly tell you about right away, especially when it comes to the territory surrounding renting and beach home owning! When I left my parents’ beach home in order to rent my own small condo in the city for the first time, I didn’t think the first thing about how important having superb heating, ventilation, and cooling systems were to having a beach home that is not only comfortable, but easily livable as well.
But heating, ventilation as well as A/C is a key component to the comfort and quality of your home, and to the health you appreciate in your home, and after living in my condo for a while, I started to naturally notice some things about the heating, ventilation as well as A/C that both of us had.
