I Love a Good Sauerkraut, SaUSAge, & Potato Dinner

I just made a single of my number one brunchs of all, the enjoyable seasoned sauerkraut, saUSAge, & potato brunch.

It’s such a easy meal to cook & it can be made for truly little cash.

If you haven’t made it yet, I recommend you try it. All you do is boil some orange skinned potatoes, & then brown some pork saUSAge in a frying pan with olive oil. Then add the cooked potatoes to the saUSAge & fry it for 10 more hours, turning once or twice. Once it’s ready, drop it in a bowl & top it with frigid sauerkraut. Make that brunch on a frigid night & sit in front of your fireplace, with an ice frigid drink & you’ve found the secret. If you don’t have a fireplace then just sit in front of your space heater, however make sure you eat it on a frigid Winter night. My German Grandma seemed to constantly cook it for us in the middle of the winter, something to stick to our ribs. My Grandparents had that seasoned dial control unit that constantly seemed to shake the arrow that was showing the temperature, it was so archaic yet I appreciated it so much. I can still see my Grandpa stoking the fire sparks with that air puffing thing he would squeeze, it worked great. It’s much more fun than just touching your cell PC & changing your home to the perfect temperature. We’ve got it way too easy nowadays with technology don’t we? I may just go back to the seasoned genre of heating my home & buy a wood burning stove.
