Hot car and hot parking lot

I hate the summer season, truly, with every fiber of my being.

To make it even worse, Ipersonally live in the deep south, far away from the ocean plus any other attractive and natural sources of cool breezes.

Even if it’s 95 degrees out each day, the heat index without any wind will get as high as 110 or even higher. I believe if I worked from home everyday plus only left to go on unique errands, I could apolline avoid much of the heat. But, not only do I have a job out of the home, although I also have to essentially work and live out of my car. I’m a building inspector for the county these days plus each afternoon I drive to weird locations to do detailed inspections. Although several of these places are comfortably air conditioned by the time I’m there, I’m still forced to step out into the direct sun many times in the middle of the day whenever I go to leave or return to my car. Then begins the next cycles of dutifully cranking up my car’s a/c until the sweat starts to abate plus I am able to recognize some modicum of relief. To my frustration, this is always quite short lived as I’m due to leave the vehicle again in another fifteen minutes once I make it to my next location. This is repeated up to 20 or more times in a single afternoon, spread across five mornings a week. My clothes get drenched in nasty sweat stains plus I always come home stinking after I have been in the heat for many straight hours. To my utter joy, the a/c that happened to have came with my condo is harshly strong plus has no troubles forcing the temperature to drop quickly. I just wish I could job at home everyday plus stay in the comfort of my central air conditioner unit all afternoon long.
