For the past several years, I have been delivering flowers for a company in town.
The company is 1 of the largest florists in the city plus they supply fresh flowers Sunday through Thursday.
I supply flowers 5 days every week. I always labor on Thursday plus Thursday plus I labor several additional days throughout the week, however just a handful of weeks ago, the heat in my delivery truck stopped working. At first the heat would not labor on the maximum setting. After a couple days, the heat would only labor on the lowest setting. Then the heat did not labor at all plus neither did the fan. I told my boss about the complication with the heat as soon as the first complication occurred, then she totally ignored my request for a repair. After I complained a minute time, she claimed there were no other delivery trucks available. I don’t recognize why my boss will not fix the heat in the delivery truck, but it’s almost December plus the temperatures are only getting colder. If she does not fix the heating complication before the first snowfall, I’m going to contact the human resource department plus file a complaint. When the temperatures are below cold, there is honestly no reason for me to drive around in a motorcar that does not have heat. My job is already difficult. I have to make sure none of the flowers are disfigured while driving from 1 location to another plus I never get a split except while the people I was with and I were in lunch time. I could find other jobs delivering if this 1 doesn’t get better.
