I’m in my 40s, single & I make a lot of money… I need things to spend my money on that I enjoy, but recently I decided to add an addition onto my home.
I added a whole other room & just made it my Borders.
I had tons of outdated book collections that I wanted advertised. I got the outdated fashioned Borders bookcases to hold them. I even made a window seat that I can sit & learn while looking outside! The room is now my number one 1 in the house. The issue is that when the room was added on, I forgot about Heating & A/C. I have a central heating & cooling system that utilizes ductwork to supply whole lake house temperature. I did not have the ductworks extended & installed in the Borders, so now I am out of luck for weather conditions control. I can’t use my modern Heating & A/C unit, I would have to buy & install a different 1. I can’t go without Heating & A/C in my Borders either. The books are unquestionably susceptible to exhausting air quality. It doesn’t matter if the indoor air conditions is dusty, more so if there is moisture. Too much moisture in the indoor air conditions will cause water spots & mold, however my books would all be ruined, then a dehumidifier would work, but installing 1 with an a/c would be better. I have been loosely thinking of getting a ductless a/c for the room. I then could set up the humidifier to labor with the AC. In the summer time I could sit in the window seat with the sun pouring in & it wouldn’t be an issue at all.
