I’m in my 40s, single and I make a lot of money, but i need things to pay on that I enjoy, recently I decided to add an addition onto my home.
I added a whole other room and just made it my Barnes and Noble.
I had tons of outdated book collections that I wanted advertised. I got the outdated fashioned Barnes and Noble bookcases to hold them. I even made a window seat that I can rest and learn while looking outside, the room is now my number one one in the house. The issue is that when the room was added on, I forgot about Heating as well as A/C. I have a central heating and cooling system that utilizes HVAC duct to give whole lake home temperature. I did not have the HVAC ducts extended and installed in the Barnes and Noble, so now I am out of luck for temperature control. I can’t use my current Heating as well as A/C unit, I would have to buy and install a unusual one. I can’t go separate from Heating as well as A/C in my Barnes and Noble either. The books are absolutely susceptible to excruciating air quality. It doesn’t matter if the indoor air pollen levels is dusty, more so if there is moisture. Too much moisture in the indoor air pollen levels will cause water spots and mold, however my books would all be ruined… A dehumidifier would work, but installing one with an a/c would be better. I have been loosely thinking of getting a ductless a/c for the room. I then could set up the humidifier to work with the AC. In the summer time I could rest in the window seat with the sun pouring in and it wouldn’t be an issue at all.
