Getting the most out of lifestyle change with current Heating & Air Conditioning

It wasn’t an self-explanatory topic to actually embrace. And I knew that because every time I tried to change my unhealthy lifestyle, it would last 2 weeks at best. That was a reality & I just had to figure out how to get myself to stick with a life full of healthier habits. I think that was one of the surprises I encountered when it came to the pandemic. When my wifey & I had to basically stay at home inside the air conditioner to prevent getting the virus, the two of us had a lot more time on our hands. And at first, the two of us treated the whole thing like some sort of snow day or something. Both of us got fast food delivered on the biweekly & drank way more booze & beer than ever. That lasted about a week until the two of us realized that the two of us were going to be spending the Summer inside the Heating & Air Conditioning cooling of our home. I think when the two of us realized that this pandemic was going to continue for a actually long time, the two of us decided to get as much value from all that time in the air conditioner. Both of us started out by eliminating the fast food deliveries altogether. That was the start. Then when the two of us left the Heating & Air Conditioning security of the home to go shopping, the two of us only bought healthy food. And the two of us made a point of preparing that healthy food each day. Both of us also started slipping out of the air conditioner to just get a walk in a couple of days. From there, the two of us started a home gym in the basement. I had the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals come out to install a ductless heat pump down there so the two of us would have good heating & cooling for all of our workouts.
