The tankless water heater was dented during shipment

I ordered a tankless water heater for one of my residential customers.

Sales have been up since May, due to an advertisement in the local paper.

It cost the company a fortune to run the ad in the top rated newspaper in the area, but it has paid off in huge dividends. My dad used to be the guy in charge of everything, but since he retired, everything has been my responsibility. All of the company decisions are now mine and that’s a lot to handle at times. I’m thankful and totally lucky to have a supportive family and friends. Most of my family and friends use my plumbing company for their residential and commercial needs. I take pride in every job, because I believe that customer service is important. All of my employees are licensed plumbers with several years of experience. One of my guys ordered a tankless water heater for his Mom last week. I let all of the employees order from the distributor at wholesale prices. I don’t mind if they extend the discount to their family and friends. We are one big family here and I like to take care of my family. Jack ordered the tankless water heater on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Jack planned to install the water heater on Wednesday, his next day off. Unfortunately, the tankless water heater was damaged during the shipment process. The entire side of the box was damaged and the weather heater was dented badly. The distributor sent another heater the next day and refunded our shipping costs.
