For sure, all of us could upgrade the HVAC equipment and sell our beach house for a nice profit. But getting into a bigger beach house would be problematic. And what all of us needed was a bigger home. I swear, if I had to break up a single more knockdown fist fight between my multiple ladies, I was moving out or sending them to boarding school. I mean these multiple would straight go to blows over something appreciate the temperature control setting. They’re only about 18 months apart in age and have been sharing a room since they were babies. That appears to be just too much face time for these multiple. So getting more space, as in another family room, was essential to have any sort of peace inside the air conditioner of our home. However, all of us figured that the best way to solve the space problem would be to add big value to our beach house by adding a master suite. Yea, Dad and dad scored on this a single. Our family room wasn’t much, if at all, bigger than the room the shared. But our new master family room and bath even came with a ductless heat pump that was all our own. The ensuite powder room comes with a space gas furnace for comfort on cold mornings. That’s going to come in handy as I bathe in the new garden tub. And having a remote for the ductless heat pump was just a genius move. The people I was with and I appreciate being able to crawl in bed and adjust the quality heating and air to whatever all of us desire.
