I spent five years working for an advertising company, before I decided to venture out on my own. I didn’t know if I would make it without the backing of a fortune 500 company, but things have been smooth and steady. I had a few clients in the beginning, but the last year has been very busy. I had to hire three additional consultants to help with projects. I have one guy working on logos and graphics, and another lady just working on PPC advertising projects. Most recently, I was working on some projects for a local HVAC company. We were redesigning their logo and graphics and helping with SEO. The website was up for a few years, but the HVAC company wasn’t maintaining it properly. Some of the links were broken and half of the pages we’re incomplete with minimal information. We spent several weeks working on the website. We optimized the pages so they would be found much easier in the search engine. This is the main focus of my company. I have dedicated a lot of time and energy to figuring out how the search engines work. The algorithm is constantly changing, so search engine optimization becomes a round the clock job. Online marketing is one of the biggest industries, and billions of searches are performed each month. Those searches equal thousands of dollars. We work with a number of companies to provide SEO services. Most of these companies are HVAC companies and plumbing companies, but we are expanding to other areas as well. The company is expanding every day, and that’s a great thing for my future.
