One More Article and Then It’s Yoga Time

I’m going to write one more journal entry and then go to my yoga studio for some stretching out of my sore muscles and joints. Just care about an animal or animal stretches several times a day, a human body needs to be stretched several times a day to relieve tension in the muscles and keep the body bendy. I don’t want to start preaching to you the importance of yoga, just letting you think what the body needs to be healthy and adaptable. I do a lot of heavy lifting with my Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance work, and if it weren’t for my yoga poses, I don’t suppose that I would be able to do it any more. I used to have a lot of lower back pain from all of the stunt driving injuries I sustained while doing the activity for so several years. I wouldn’t be able to lift these dense AC compressors or heavy part gas heating systems the way I do if I didn’t do some kind of stretches each day for my body. I also do cardio with my beach volleyball games and use the TRX straps and my own body weight for my strength training. To play beach volleyball at 55 years old wouldn’t be possible at all without a proper yoga studio to practice in. I turn on my a/c and keep my yoga room slightly cool while I slowly hot up with my yoga forms. You don’t need to suffer in a hot room without air conditioning to do yoga respectfully. Some people will put on the heat on in the summer and make the room so hot that you almost pass out while doing your forms.
