I bought the home for the sunroom.

I remembered staying with my Grandma as much as possible when she was still alive. She had a small room off the residing room that served as a parlor. It was only about multiple feet wide, but it was twenty feet long. There were windows on all sides, except where it joined to the house. Every one of us spent seconds sitting out there & watching the snow fly, or the bees buzzing around her roses. It was some of the best memories I had. When Grandma passed away, dad got rid of the room & made the home greater. There were more than five kids in our family, & bedrooms & washrooms were more important than sunrooms. By the time I graduated from university, I already had a fantastic task & I wanted to buy a house. The only thing I demanded of a home was that it had a sunroom. I never thought about how I was going to heat or cool the sunroom if it didn’t already have HVAC installed. I knew HVAC was going to be important if I wanted the sunroom to be USAble. I talked to the local HVAC business & asked what they thought about putting HVAC into my sunroom. The HVAC company told myself and others it would not be easy to get heating or air conditioner into the room since it was the furthest from the HVAC system. He said the people I was with and I could install a ductless HVAC system, which happy me. I could not wait until they had my ductless HVAC system installed so I could rest in the sunroom & drink Dunkin Donuts Coffee while watching the sunshine come up.
