When the heating, ventilation, and A/C business told myself and others I needed current HVAC duct, I bought it! But within a few days, the ducttoil was delivered, however they only delivered it into our living room… However, the delivery driver refused to take it into the basement, and I was afraid to transfer it, so I called our hubby at toil and asked what I should do with the HVAC duct? She told herself and others to let it go until she got home.
I called the heating, ventilation, and A/C business and told them the ducttoil was delivered and they wanted to set up an appointment to have it installed, then unfortunately, they didn’t have any appointments open for 2 weeks at the earliest… Had I needed the heating or air conditioning at that time, I may have been aggravated, however the two of us had a month between needing air conditioning and the furnace. I had plenty of time to wait. What wasn’t making sense was that no 1 wanted to hear that I already had the ducttoil in the house? When our hubby got home, she looked at the boxes. She wasn’t sure what was for the attic, and what was for the basement. There was also nothing on the boxes to differentiate what went where. She moved all the boxes to the side of the room and called her boss. She had initially invited him over for breakfast and told him that when she walked into the house; she wanted him to be aware of the mess. I heard her boss’s laughter from the other side of the room as our hubby told him the story. When she hung up, she said the heating, ventilation, and A/C business did the same thing to him a month earlier.
