I’m a firm believer that there is just no nice reason to forego getting consistent, seasonal HVAC maintenance.
I guess we all need to be signing up for HVAC maintenance plans or making it a semiannual event to get HVAC maintenance; Of course it cost money.
I’ve had some homeowner tell me that the HVAC maintenance from a professional is just a scam, but hVAC maintenance is nothing more than a way to bilk clients out of money is what I hear, and what these people are truly saying is that I am going to make up some fake reason not to put money into taking care of the HVAC equipment. Honestly, that’s truly what it comes down to, however the system that the HVAC maintenance program is some sort of scam is completely ridiculous, but part of our HVAC maintenance program includes heating maintenance in the Winter and an a/c tune up in the Spring, another area of the HVAC maintenance program states that if there is ever a cut down involving our HVAC equipment, the HVAC company picks up all the HVAC maintenance costs. All I have to pay for are the parts, so if the HVAC maintenance was a scam, then why would the HVAC company be so willing to risk so much free HVAC service; No, folks will make things up in their mind to justify just about anything. It’s substantial to resist that sort of foolishness and put your money into nice HVAC maintenance. HVAC component is just too essential to our lives not to have it taken care of.
