The heater went out at our Christmas party

My boss hasn’t made any replaces to our building in the 10 years I have worked for this supplier. All of us had to beg for new computers, but that was a technical necessity when the aged ones kept holding us up and wasting scarce time while in our shifts. I was instrumental in that situation as well, so it’s no surprise that I was met with good resistance while in subsequent attempts to get replaces done to this workplace of ours. I get that our boss owns the building, despite the fact that she wouldn’t have a functioning corporation without her employees. That’s what makes myself and others feel love both of us have a say in how currency is spent if our labor environment is facing extreme neglect. Luckily our boss approved roof repairs after more than 2 instances of ceiling leaks and water dripping on the floor. It’s not safe for indoor air conditions to have water destruction in the ceiling, but hopefully that won’t be a concern any longer with the new roof in arena. Sadly, our boss didn’t heed our warnings about the heating idea ahead of our official Winter holiday and Christmas party. It gets entirely chilly while in this time of the year in our region, so it’s imperative that our building has constant heat coming from the furnace. Otherwise, the temperature inside will plummet as it gets closer to the temperature outside. Well, just love I feared, the furnace stopped working while in our Christmas party. All of us had to split it short after both of us all started to get so chilly both of us were shivering in our clothing and reaching for our coats to stay warm. My boss was apologetic, however I wasn’t ready to hear her excuses after our fervent warnings.
