I have always lived in freezing cold weather conditions but tonight is going to be much colder than even I would expect! It wasn’t for the fact that I had our heating and AC system tuned up and ready to go, I would be truly worried about having our oil furnace going out on me; if our old oil furnace went out of me I would be in a truly disappointing situation because then my buddy and I would have to call emergency heating and air conditioning services and have them come out and take care of our heater; however, thankfully a couple years ago, I updated to a brand new oil furnace and completely replaced our old one. It wasn’t a tough decision to make, as much as I had liked our old oil furnace I had needed a new one for a long time because our old one was so old that it was starting to give me troubles and it got to a point where even the heat and AC professional was recommending that I get a new oil furnace rather than continue to pay for repairs, and so I picked out a new oil furnace and I have continued to have it maintain the repair ever since then. Since it’s been in such great condition and I continually have it tuned up and looked after I believe more than confident that it will last me this winter just fine; however, fortunately our neighbors can’t say the same thing at all. However, there are a few people around here that do not have great heating and AC systems and so for them I do worry about them; however, I’d be far more anxious about the oil furnace than the AC because I do not even have an actual cooling system in our house… But then my buddy and I do not have much of a summer time here, it’s more of a couple weeks of warmth and then it is back to the freezing environment that I’m so typical with.
