This was the most comfortable winter season that I’ve experienced as a transplanted southerner, and oh how I wish my pal Max and I had gotten a geothermal heat pump long ago… But that was not possible considering it took us this long to be able to finally build a home, but while I loved our outdated locale, the new house was built just for us, and still, replacing the residential Heating as well as A/C in the family’s old house knowing it was going on the market was tough. The old place home was just too big for my fiance Max plus I once the nest was empty. And that coincided with the ridiculous real estate market to serve up a once in a lifetime opportunity, then had Max and I not sold that home, we’d never be enjoying the appealing comfort gave by the geo heat pump, however replacing the outdated heat pump to get our family house on the market proved to be a pivotal area of the puzzle. That’s when Max and I met the Heating as well as A/C contractor who wound up doing the task on our new home. This Heating as well as A/C professional was just on his A-game from the outset with the outdated locale. So when Max and I talked to him about a geothermal heat pump for our new house, his eyes lit up. This was his specialty and he didn’t get to practice all that often. Well, the guy did an amazing task for us as Max and I are enjoying the best quality heating plus air we’ve ever encountered. The a/c was superb last Summer however what has honestly blown my mind is the heating this winter… I don’t believe I’ve ever experienced a cozier winter season than with radiant floor heating.
