I’m having the hardest time selling our house. I guess where I live is a popular spot for the wealthy to buy their homes. I’ve seen numerous famous actors plus singers buying up either properties or houses. I have had this house which was passed down to myself and others from our mother. This house has been in the family for 68 years plus I do not have anyone to deliver this house to so I am trying to sell it plus live out our afternoons on the beach with a nice beverage to go with it. So I talked to a realtor plus I have pretty much done everything anyone has asked myself and others to do to sell it besides one thing. I never replaced the central air conditioner plus heating units! Why would I? These are famous people moving into the part plus they can afford to replace the Heating plus A/C systems. Still, our agent advocated that I do the replaces plus our house should sell within a month or multiple. So I bit the bullet plus called the Heating plus A/C corporation so they can send out a heating plus cooling specialist to replace our Heating plus A/C systems. I am not content that I have to do this although I guess if I want to live out our dream then I should just listen plus make the replaces. I am going to raise the selling price then! No way am I going to pay for these swings plus keep the same listed price. I absolutely hope after I do these replaces that there is a bidding war plus our house sells for way more than I originally asked for.
