I’m going to teach a class next weekend at the HVAC company here in town.
I can’t wait to do the class because I think that it’s going to be so much fun.
I am always looking to make a difference in the community. I know that once people start to learn more about the importance of meditation, it is going to greatly enhance the mental health of our community all the way around. I have been teaching different kinds of meditation classes for a couple of years now and they have all been well received, for the most part. I think that people are really looking for good ways to get healthier when it comes to their emotions and their mental health. I think that’s a great thing. Anyway, whenever I was having my heating system worked on a couple of weeks ago, I really hit it off with the HVAC technician who was working on it for me. He told me that he was actually the owner of the HVAC company and he was just filling in for the guy who normally would have been there to work on my furnace. I talked to him about my job and he was really interested in the fact that I offer classes to local businesses. I was surprised that he wanted to book a class for all of the employees at his HVAC company, though. I was happy to put the HVAC company on the calendar. I can’t wait to teach the HVAC technicians all about the importance of meditation.
