When my wifey plus I moved into our apartment, it looked care about all of us had zone control.
The house had numerous rooms plus in each room there was a thermostat, we had at least more than four thermostats hanging around, however i heard about Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control.
I figured that by decreasing the room thermostat, it would only affect that space. We could set the room Heating plus Air Conditioning differently plus save some money in the process… My wifey plus I were so enthusiastic to have such a high tech system. We spent a few weeks deciding on the odd room un-even temperatures. We wanted heavy A/C in the home office, heating in the home office, a mediocre temperature in the living room plus no Heating plus Air Conditioning running in the office. It took us more than one weeks to realize that all the rooms felt the same. The thermostat study the same for every space. If I changed the home office to cooling, every other room reflected that temperature. We upset for a bit that the Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control plan was on a odd program or installed. After some research all of us realized that the house just had numerous thermostats. For zone control, the rooms should have indoor air handlers all connected to an outdoor air compressor, but nope, all of us have central Heating plus Air Conditioning, however so all of us don’t have Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control or even a slight capability for it. The more than one of us ripped down all the thermostats plus all of us have the basic Heating plus Air Conditioning unit that everyone else has. It was kind of a huge letdown because all of us thought the Heating plus Air Conditioning was something special. Instead it is what all of us have always had.
