Actually, I really just want to sing and play drums.
I am going to meet with my bandmate when he gets back next week and see if he wants to hit all of the beach bars and give them our band’s website so that we can do some gigs in their venues. I think our music is perfect for beach bars and if we can get into the rotation with a few of the bars then we will be sitting pretty soon. We want to play in the ski lodges in the winter time, and my bandmate is talking to local businesses in the mountains where he is at now to try and get us some gigs there when winter rolls around and the temps start cooling down. There will be a lot of skiers up in that small town and I think our music would be great for those kinds of people. I would like a nice fireplace to play beside on those cold winter nights, but a good electric furnace will do too. I just need my bandmate to believe in himself a bit more because he is kind of holding us back from getting more gigs in clubs. I do duct sealing during the days, but most nights I am trying to promote our band in different local businesses around town and would love my bandmate to be on the same page as I am when it comes to this. He is just lacking in confidence for some reason and I hope he learns to believe in himself and our band more.
