When I purchased my first house, there was no air conditioner in this place.
However, I wasn’t really worried about it not coming with an air conditioner.
My friend had recently purchased a central air conditioner for his home, and he offered me the use of his multiple window air conditioners to help cool my home down. His only request was that I either promise to give them back next year, or I pay him for the window air conditioners. I planned to have enough money saved up to purchase a central air conditioner next year, so I told him hat I would give the window air conditioners back at the end of the summer. I loaded the air conditioners in the back of my truck and headed straight for my house. Trying to install five window air conditioners by yourself was quite a task, but I was finally able to load the air conditioners in the window and turn them on. The air conditioners kept me cool for the entire summer, and I wanted to make sure that my friend knew that I was very thankful for the air conditioners! At the end of the summer, I began to uninstall the air conditioners so that I would be able to give them back to my friend. As I carried the last window air conditioner to my truck, my foot slipped from under me, and I accidentally dropped the air conditioner onto the driveway. The air conditioner shattered into a couple of pieces, and I was dismayed. Now, I would have to pay my friend for this broken air conditioner. I guess I can consider it rent…
