I arranged to have my air conditioning machine fixed by Heating & Air Conditioning employees that happen to be siblings today… Their names were Sandra & Michelle.
I was somewhat apprehensive at first, not because of any past experiences, but simply because I never met them in the past. So as I waited for them to show up to my residence, I sat on my front porch & listened to the pigeons. Sandra & Michelle arrived at my venue & they were especially friendly. I directed them to the air conditioning machine & they got right to work. They examined the HVAC machine & discovered that it wasn’t working respectfully due to a clogged air filter. They asked me about my ductwork cleaning routine as they worked & I told them I haven’t cleaned them in quite some time. Sandra told me that it is critical to wash the ductwork system regularly to keep everything running smoothly. Sandra nodded in agreement. They took their time showing me the process of how to respectfully wash the system of ductwork. They were so expertiseable & professional which honestly increased my confidence in their ability to maintain my Heating & Air Conditioning machine. They changed the air filter & cleaned the ductwork system before turning on my air conditioning machine to ensure it would function respectfully. Then the cool air from the vents started to blow in. I thanked both of them so much & they both smiled & said, “they were enthusiastic to help.” Sandra then said, “We really have the desire to show everyone that my friend and I will go above & beyond for them.” This completely made my day.
