I consider myself one of the lucky ones.
I have a stable job that provides fantastic income, & because of this, it didn’t take me long to afford my own home.
That is genuinely something, because where I live, the homes are incredibly pricey, & pretty much everyone are stuck in apartments or maybe condos if they’re lucky. Unless you have a lot of money, you really won’t live in a nice house here. Or if you are able to afford a cheap home, it’s either in a terrible area, or a destructiond home. But the house I bought is flawless, & it is perfect in another way. It recently had brand current heating & air conditioning installed. The previous owners had the central air conditioning updated with the latest & greatest Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology, & it genuinely shows. Because this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system has a fantastic SEER rating, it is very energy efficient, & does not cost a lot of money to run, and it cools & heats the house hastily. It genuinely is appealing. Not pretty much everyone is so lucky though. My uncle bought a house around the same time, & she didn’t get so lucky. The house she bought was a lot cheaper, & needed repairs. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit was an absolute mess, & after having six air conditioning system workers come out to her home, would you guess the unit is still not fixed? I feel terrible for him, & I feel incredibly lucky to not have to worry about such an issue.
